The senior marketing designer will work closely with the marketing team and will be responsible for developing, evolving and maintaining our internal and customer facing marketing materials. Materials to include online and print ads, landing pages, downloadable assets, print assets, trade show signage, presentations and our corporate website.

 

We make use of a number of outsourced design-related contractors and the senior marketing designer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of those resources.

Responsibilities

The senior marketing designer will be responsible for the design and production of all marketing-related materials. Where needed, because of the need for specialized skills or workload demands, outsource contractors will be utilized and managed by the senior marketing designer. Whether self-generated or outsourced, the senior marketing designer will be responsible for:

  • General design/art direction
  • Facilitating brand evolution and maintenance
  • Determining style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired results
  • Creating user-centered designs by considering best practices, feedback, and usability findings
  • Designing and producing downloadable assets, internal and customer-facing marketing collateral, presentation decks, and print ads
  • Designing and producing digital ad campaigns which include digital ads, landing pages and downloadable assets
  • Evolving our website design while incorporating user interface and user experience design
  • Managing outside design contractors as needed
  • Managing to a budget
  • Maintaining internal and external document, templates, and image libraries: auditing, modifying, updating, and posting as needed
  • Tracking workflow, ensuring jobs are completed within required timeframes

Qualifications

  • Excellent communicator
  • Exceptional design portfolio
  • Minimum 5 years design experience, plus for design work for B2B company
  • Proven experience with marketing design
  • Ability to monitor, manage, and execute on a variety of tasks and efforts at different stages of discovery and execution
  • Able to deliver in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ideally have experience in digital ad production
  • Plus for interactive design skills
  • Plus for HTML & CSS skills
  • Plus for WordPress skills
  • Plus for Pardot or other market automation tool experience
  • Plus for Unbounce or other landing page building experience
