The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for coordinating the operation of the company’s CRM platform, Salesforce, by executing configuration changes and proactively monitoring the system configuration and controls. This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams supporting new business initiatives.  


  • Identify process improvements in the CRM function and works with management to implement those improvements
  • Perform all administration functions such as security user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflow and assignment rules
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day to day user requests, assisting with report design and management
  • Create models to segment the database and execute regular email campaigns
  • Manage and create formats for dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Perform database de-duping and clean up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify, represent and communicate key business metrics
  • Drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through documentation, support and training of new and current employees
  • Develop a clear plan for enhancements to the current system and project manage all Salesforce developments, integrations, and special projects as required
  • Be an active team player throughout Agility to help meet company objectives

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:

  • Accountable for the administration and upkeep of Salesforce
  • Accountable for correcting any data issues within the system and keeping the application up-to-date

  • Strong communication experience and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in effectively driving results
  • Experience with software development, and preferably a BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience, is preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • 1-3 years of strong Salesforce, Pardot and CRM Fusion experience including DemandTools and PeopleImport,
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data structures, modeling and database schemas, proficiency in custom objects, workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards & reporting, Sandbox-to-Production processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, able to work in a fluid environment with multiple on-going projects and deadlines
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision
