    We are hiring a results driven SMB Inside Sales Executive in our fast growing Small to Medium Business segment. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Qualified candidates will be entrepreneurial, hard-working, and have a relentless ability to close accounts using a consultative, solution approach. If you possess the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales, this is an opportunity that you cannot afford to miss.


    • Achieve/exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers at all levels within their organization
    • Accurately forecast on a weekly basis to deliver to monthly sales
    • Make outbound prospecting cold calls into new accounts and warm calls in conjunction with lead follow-up and nurturing programs
    • Research and build new and existing contacts within defined verticals
    • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
    • Understand customer disaster recovery and business continuity needs and requirements
    • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status in Salesforce.com
    • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback


    • Proven negotiation experience and ability to obtain agreement from multiple parties throughout all stages of the sales cycle
    • Minimum 2 to 3 years of successful sales experience including record of over achieving quotas
    • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
    • Demonstrate a clear understanding of solution selling processes
    • Highly developed skills in selling, persuasion, assertiveness
    • Effective listener and ability to quickly build rapport
    • Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail with excellent phone skills
    • Demonstrate a clear understanding of solution selling processes
    • Excellent prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent
