We are looking for a talented and driven Sale Development Representative that thrives in a sales environment.  This position reports to the Director of Sales.  A sales development representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.  You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting up appointments.  A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, competitive and tenacious.  This position has advancement potential within the sales organization. Additionally, the compensation package includes a commission structure.


• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Achieve/exceed monthly targets
• Research accounts, identify key players, conduct calls to generate interest for further discussions with sales
• Maintain and expand your database/pipeline of interested prospects
• Team with sales team to build pipeline and close deals
• Strategize with sales director on specific vertical industry expertise
• Leverage CRM tools to prospect into targeted vertical accounts


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years sales experience
  • Proven inside sales phone experience
  • Track record of over achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working in CRM tool such as SalesLoft, SalesForce
