As a member of the SMB Account Management team, you will be a part of a critical mission to onboard, support and manage a set of key clients. We’re looking for a technical, strong communicator with sales experience who demonstrates a passion for helping businesses survive.

Responsibilities

 

  • Act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to new and existing clients.
  • Working closely with a set of existing clients via teleconference and webex meetings to review current services and enhancements, promote client engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Onboard new clients and understand their needs from Agility at time of disaster.
  • Retain and grow existing base of clients with outreach programs, marketing campaigns, and social media outlets.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure clients needs are being met; coordinating amongst Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Keep all clients needs, questions, contract information, and actions up-to-date using SFDC.
  • Developing strong rapport with account base to keep clients for life.

Objectives:

  • Account Management/Customer Service: Create superior client experiences. Timeliness of best method of follow-up, responsiveness, setting clear expectations with client engagements.
  • Project Management: Introduce Agility’s solution and deliver value proposition. Client for life mentality throughout clients engagements. Manage to clients timelines and coordinate support from other departments as needed.
  • Retention: Retain and / or grow existing clients subscriptions by analyzing business needs and offering appropriate upgraded services.
  • Education: Responsible for continuing education in the fields of business continuity, disaster recovery, account management and project management.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B environments with preference for customer success, account management, sales or consulting background.
  • Strong communication, organization and decision-making skills
  • A positive, outgoing personality with the ability to remain composed, courteous and professional with client-centric mentality.
  • Ability to follow existing procedures as well as the flexibility and creativity to develop, learn and help implement new ones.
  • Ability to interface and coordinate work effectively with business units.
  • Know or learn intermediate IT, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office products.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
